Payment

Payment can be made by simply filling in one of our direct debit forms.

The direct debit can be cancelled at any time with no penalties and there is no 'tie in' period.

 

The cost of our studio and live streamed classes are:-

 

£12 per 55 minute class a week (taken once every 4 weeks - £48.00).

 

If doing 2 classes a week then it will be £10.50 per 55 minute session (taken once ever 4 weeks - £84.00).

 

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are given unless Gosforth Physio needs to cancel a class or if there are any Bank Holidays.

 

Once a direct debit payment has been taken it cannot be refunded.

 

If you cancel your direct debit then any 'catch up' classes you have accrued will be forfeited.

 

What if I can't make a class?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend a class. No refunds will be given if you can't make a class except in extreme circumstances although you will be given an option to make up your classes within an 8 week period of the date missed.

 

Physiotherapy Advice

Although we cannot give you specific physiotherapy advice on your individual condition during classes, we can give you more comprehensive Pilates advice as professional physiotherapists.

 

Privacy Policy/Security

We do not store your financial details (credit or debit card numbers) when taking payment by direct debit through GoCardless.

 

Any Pre Existing Conditions

If you have any pre existing injuries or pain – you may require an assessment by a member of our physiotherapy team prior to starting a class to determine your suitability for a class.

The charge for this will be £59 for 40 minutes.

 

Enrolment

You will be asked to complete an enrolment form/health questionnaire prior to starting your first class.
